Terms of Use and License Agreement

These terms apply to buying and using an inotrack license — the self-hosted tracker, its modules and the mobile app. By paying for a license, activating a trial or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. What you get

A license grants a non-exclusive right to install and use inotrack on your own servers for the paid period, within your plan: the number of instances, users and domains, and the set of modules. Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page.

The software is licensed, not sold: all rights to inotrack remain with us. You may not resell or transfer the key to third parties, publish it, bypass the license check or plan limits, or redistribute the software.

2. Subscription and payment

A license is paid in advance for a period (one month or more). Licenses are arranged by support on Telegram @SmokeJung: payment is accepted in USDT, and we provide the amount and payment address when arranging the license. The key is issued once the payment is received. There are no automatic charges: to renew, you pay for the next period.

3. Trial

The trial lasts 7 days, is provided on request to support and is available once per customer. When the trial ends, the license stops being valid until it is paid for.

4. When a license ends

When the license expires, the tracker switches to a limited mode for 72 hours: clicks and postbacks are still accepted, but paid modules and reports are switched off and the panel shows a warning. If the license is not renewed within that time, the tracker stops accepting traffic.

If the license server is temporarily unreachable, the tracker runs on its last license confirmation and then follows the same steps: limited mode, and traffic acceptance stops 72 hours after the last successful check.

Data on your server is not deleted in any of these modes. Renewing the license restores full functionality.

We may suspend or revoke a license if these terms are violated — for example, if the key is used on more servers than the plan allows or is passed to third parties.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled on request to support. Describe the reason and include your license key.

6. Your responsibilities

The tracker runs on your server, and you are responsible for how it is used:

• the legality of the traffic, ads and offers you work with, and compliance with the rules of ad networks and affiliate programs;
• processing the data of your visitors and users — you decide what is collected and how long it is kept, and you inform your visitors;
• your server: its security, access, updates and backups.

Using inotrack for fraud, malware distribution, phishing or any other illegal activity is prohibited.

7. Liability

inotrack is provided "as is". We fix bugs and release updates, but we do not guarantee that the software fits every purpose or runs without failures.

We are not liable for lost profits, suspended accounts in ad networks or affiliate programs, or losses caused by failures of your server, hosting or third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current paid period.

8. Mobile app

The inotrack app works only with your own tracker's panel; it has no paid features or in-app purchases. Its use is also governed by the App Store and Google Play terms. What data the app processes is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the current version and its date are shown on this page.
